Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are free from makeup, sweat, or deodorant marks.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
